Weekly HIIT Class for all resident

Join Thomas from Coached for our weekly Strength & Sweat class beginning on Saturday 18th September at 10:00am.  The class will last for 45 minutes and will be the perfect way to prepare for your weekend.  The meeting point will be at inside the Gym.

Total Body, functional HIIT style workout, designed to improve strength and fitness. Whatever your goal, be it fat loss or performance, come challenge yourself and collect some wins with this fun, team orientated, workout. We're able to progress/regress movements depending on individual experience/ability, making this inclusive for all. 
Please wear appropriate clothing for exercising and bring a drink with you to help keep you hydrated.
