You can book areas in our resident lounges for work, to hold a meeting or to simply relax in a tranquil environment. 

Our chic and stylish private Resident's Lounge offers flexible space for working, relaxing and socialising. It's the perfect environment in which to relax over a morning coffee or catching up with neighbours in the evenings.

Decorated in warm and welcoming surroundings, the Residents’ Lounge is conveniently located on the ground floor of the building, to the rear of the main reception.

The Resident's Lounge also offers:

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Below are the Terms & Conditions of Each Booking of the Resident Lounge 

1. The person making the booking is responsible for the lounge during the booking duration
2. Alcohol is prohibited for persons under 18 years old
3. The resident lounge can be booked any day of the week
4. The resident lounge can be booked between 8am to 11pm for a maximum of 15 hours 
5. Tenants must sign to state that any damages can be deducted from their deposit
