Now you’ve joined us, it’s time to make yourself at home. If you’re passionate about home décor and want to make cosmetic improvements to your home then just ask us, we want to help. Your tenancy agreement is viewable through the Online Portal at any time, so take a look. Then let’s chat if you have any questions. 
SMOKING 
CQ - The Court is a 100% smoke-free zone including the use of e-cigarettes. This includes your apartment and communal areas. A designated smoking area is located outside in the gardens. 

PETS  We operate a strict no pet policy, with the exception of guide dogs. No pets of any kind may be kept or allowed into the building. 

INSPECTIONS We’ll pop into your apartment every 3 months and carry out a regular management inspection to check general standards, note any damage and take metre readings. Don’t panic, we will always give you 24 hours prior to inspection (except in emergencies).

Additional Extras With Charges

Car Parking 
The Court has just 48 car parking, 3 disabled and 4 motor cycle bays available to rent at £75 pcm. Offsite parking is limited so if you’re a vehicle owner do speak to the management team for advice. 

Storage 
Extra storage is available at £10 pcm, just the job for personal items you don’t need every day like snowboards, skis and surf boards! 

Laundry 
So you have more space and less hassle in your apartment, our onsite laundry is £3.10 per wash and £1.60 per 50 minutes’ dry (annual increase will apply). 

FOB Key 
When you move in we’ll give you a unique fob key for secure access. There will be an additional fee to replace a lost or damaged key. 

Electricity & Cold Water 
We’ve picked great providers to save you hassle but these utilities aren’t included in your rent. Cost is £35 per month for easy budgeting and will be reviewed after 6 months. 

Internet & SKY 
We’ve teamed up with Glide to bring you superfast broadband standard package. 

Gym 
Our onsite gym is freely available to use as soon as you’ve had your online video gym induction & sign a disclaimer form. Just talk to the Management Team to arrange your first session.

Feeling safe

FOB Access

You will be given a FOB for access into the building, apartment and all other facilities throughout. 

CCTV

The building is covered by CCTV for your safety and peace of mind. 

Fire Alarm Test & Assembly Point

Every Monday at 12pm (noon) fire alarms are tested. Fire Assembly Points to be discussed on move in date. 

Keeping Yourself Safe

Always lock your door especially when you go out. 

Be vigilant with personal items such laptops, mobile phones and other high value goods. 

Never let strangers into the buildings. 

Do not let strangers tailgate in behind you. 

If you lose your fob key, report to the Management Team immediately. 

Never lend others your fob as this is unique to you and will incur charges if lost or damaged. 
Rent with us and enjoy delightful freedom of total and utter irresponsibility. 

You don’t have to worry about the building, repairs, maintenance, electrics, gas, water, or appliances, because we take care of it all. 

So you can just enjoy living.
